These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Arena39 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Arena39 ("Arena39", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at arena39.cam (the "Platform").
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotional offer, or otherwise using any service provided by Arena39, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. To register and maintain an Account on the Arena39 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Arena39 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. Information required includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, contact number, and primary residential address within Malaysia. You are responsible for keeping this information current at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Arena39 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access is attributable to your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify Arena39 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, Arena39 requires the completion of KYC verification. Accepted documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad (National Identity Card), passport, or equivalent government-issued photo identification, together with proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Arena39 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation at its discretion.
Arena39 accepts deposits via the following payment channels available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank transfer, CIMB transfer, Public Bank transfer, Hong Leong transfer, RHB transfer, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB. The availability of specific payment channels is subject to change without prior notice.
The Platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) as its primary currency. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt, as determined by Arena39's payment processor. Arena39 bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and crediting time.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit into the Account, or to a verified bank account registered in the Player's own name. Arena39 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Processing time estimates reflect Arena39's internal targets and do not constitute a guarantee. Processing may be delayed during periods of high volume, public holidays, technical maintenance, or pending KYC verification. Arena39 accepts no liability for processing delays attributable to third-party payment providers.
Standard minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50. Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and vary by Account tier. VIP tier players may be eligible for elevated withdrawal limits subject to verification and account standing. Arena39 reserves the right to implement enhanced due-diligence checks for large withdrawal amounts.
Arena39 reserves the right to withhold processing of withdrawal requests pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or fulfilment of applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. Where a withdrawal is declined, Arena39 will communicate the reason to the Player via the registered email address.
All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives provided by Arena39 are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the point of offer, in addition to the general conditions set out in this clause.
Welcome bonuses are available exclusively to first-time depositing accounts. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Account, per household address, per IP address, and per device. Arena39 reserves the right to withdraw a welcome bonus offer where it reasonably believes it is being claimed in breach of this restriction.
Participation in the Arena39 VIP Programme is governed by tier-specific terms communicated to eligible players at each tier transition. Monthly turnover requirements and cashback rates are reviewed quarterly and may be adjusted at Arena39's discretion with reasonable notice to affected players.
Arena39 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, void associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close an Account where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting using bonus funds, low-margin game exploitation, coordinated play with other Accounts, or placing opposing bets across multiple accounts.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Arena39 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and/or referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:
All content, software, design, text, graphics, game interfaces, trademarks, logos, and other materials forming part of the Arena39 Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Arena39 or its licensed content providers. No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of Arena39.
Your use of the Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No intellectual property rights are transferred to you by virtue of your Account registration or use of the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Arena39 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
Arena39's aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of your Account Balance at the time the relevant claim arises.
Arena39 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary Platform unavailability.
Arena39 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole and absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon Account closure, any verified real-money Balance (net of voided Bonus Funds and pending investigations) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC requirements. Arena39 is not obliged to return funds where closure results from fraud, prohibited activity, or material breach of these Terms.
Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting Arena39 support via Live Chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Remaining Balance will be disbursed to the verified payment method on file following standard withdrawal processing procedures.

Arena39 implements technical and organisational security measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include 256-bit SSL encryption, access control systems, and regular security audits.
Arena39 does not sell personal data to third-party marketing organisations. Data may be shared with regulated payment service providers, KYC verification partners, and competent authorities where required by law.
Arena39 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, Arena39 will endeavour to provide advance notice to registered Players via the email address on file or by prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect upon publication at arena39.cam/terms-conditions.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your irrevocable acceptance of the revised Agreement. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming licence framework under which Arena39 operates. Arena39 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in all jurisdictions. Players access the Platform at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
In the event of a dispute between you and Arena39 arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through Arena39's customer support team via Live Chat or email. Arena39 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 30 business days of the initial complaint being lodged.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct support, Arena39 may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body under its applicable licensing framework. The decision of such body shall be binding on both parties.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
